Who am I?
That is a great question! I'm just an IT worker for a university. You know, just one of those faces that pop around the university to fix things when needed. That's all you really need to know for now.
Why am I making this?
Apparently, I have the "magical touch" to fix various problems with technology. I've decided to start a blog to document stories and fixes over time. I decided to put all my technology support notes in one place so that others can find what they need or ask me.
How long have I been doing this?
Fixing technology? Well, all my life really! I tend to be that person in your friend group that fixes everything for everyone. I have held an IT position for a little over 2-3 years now.
Can I ask you for technical support?
Of course you can! Feel free to ask away! Just know that it can be difficult to troubleshoot an issue online; it's always easiest to fix something when you can handle it.
