Twitch.tv Keeps Lagging -- FIX?

I have only been trying this for a little while, but so far, this seems to be the answer! I am not 100% sure that it will work for everyone, but hopefully it does!

What is the problem?
Twitch.tv keeps buffering constantly! I can't watch streams!

Setup?

• Lenovo Y400
• Operating System: Windows 8.1

Solution
I kept searching...but I couldn't find the original link that had this to credit :(

In this link that I had used, it instructed you to find your anti-virus/anti-malware programs that will scan the computer constantly. IF you have Windows 8.1, please make sure to do the following unless you have Windows Defender off.

I am testing this with Chrome (latest update), and I have had such a great improvement! Please comment to let me know if this works for others.


Once I have more confirmations, I will post further instructions (feel free to comment them to be added to the article).
